The latest version of the ILS Manual, the rulebook for lifesaving sport, has been posted on this site and on the ILS website.

The manual was released on Nov. 1, 2011.

This manual will be the rulebook for Rescue 2012 in Adelaide as well as upcoming Canadian championships in 2012.
